AMEFURASSHIが、9月10日（火）にニューアルバム『Flora』を配信とM∞CARDでリリースする。

同作には、「ALIVE」「SPIN」「Secret」「イニミニマニモ」の既発4曲を含む全13曲を収録。

植物相、あるいはローマ神話“花の女神”の名前を冠したタイトルにちなみ、さまざまな角度から“花”をテーマにした楽曲が並ぶ。

Y2Kを意識したサウンドの表題曲をはじめ、アルバム全体を通じて醸し出すムードは“レトロ”ではなく“ノスタルジー”。誰かのどこかで見たかも知れない架空の景色や記憶が、“花”やそれに紐づいて呼び起こされるさまざまな感情とともに織りなされていく。

サウンド面でも、「Ready Now」で大規模なクワイヤや生ドラムをフィーチャーしたり、本格的なレゲトンを取り入れた「Desire」など、グループとしての新境地を感じさせるバラエティに富んだ内容に。

メンバー愛来の足首の骨折により、8月24日（土）大阪、25日（日）愛知、31日（土）福岡で開催予定だった＜AMEFURASSHI Live ”Flora” chapter one＞を＜AMEFURASSHI “Flora” リスニング・パーティー＆トークイベント＞にタイトルと公演内容を変更。この3公演では『Flora』の先行試聴を行なう。さらに、アンプラグドライブも予定しており、今まで観たことがない、聴いたことがないAMEFURASSHIを堪能できるだろう。
